Not a good outlook on the CEO. Things change at an instant without notice for them. If asked for something and u deliver in time, U will still be scorned. Whatever u do, he will not be satisfied. It's a constant stream of terror. Owned by a family, therefore there is nothing u can do or get help incase of any attacks on you by management.
