Toxic as hell Micromanagement from hr + owner + owner family. They operate in british market and have mindset that they indians are slave to them. They post pictures of their uk team but not indian team. They celebrate success with them but not with indian team which back bone.

If you're thinking about joining Spescscart, this review would definitely help you in making the informed decision. The family owned & controlled startup company has a lot of problem, like sudden changes in policies, making fake promises at the time of hiring, and having a toxic work culture. Managers, especially the HR division micromanages a lot. HR division would poke their nose in every domain while having the knowledge of none. Few self proclaimed managers simply try to please the management and the CEO, to gain unfair advantages. Most of the 5 star reviews you see are fake, written by the management themselves and all the negative reviews gets down voted by the SEO team in efforts to take them down. When there's a problem, instead of showing faith, company abandons their employees - they just hire new people instead. Even when they hire new folks(maybe you, if you are thinking or have recently joined Specscart), the company would not allow them to bring the creativity on the table. The whole HR Team would be sweet to you at first and later might fire you without any proper reason. Often you will receive your paycheck at the middle of the next month from different accounts with no salary slips. The Managers have the power to make or break any policy according to their own liking. Kudos to all my fellow fallen soldiers those who have worked for Specscart and all the best if you are already a part of the toxic club.
