Pros

-Decent benefits -will pay for your insurance courses -opportunities for advancement if you’re interested -they genuinely care about work/life balance -a good place to start to learn about insurance, take your courses, and use that experience to transfer elsewhere for higher pay

Cons

-the pay is low for the knowledge and accuracy the job requires (below a proper living wage) -many people hired through friends/family so issues don’t get dealt with promptly -workflow and procedures change frequently as the company tries to find its footing (big growth in a small period of time in addition to being acquired by Brown & Brown)

Pros

1. Stakes are low, the company is very chill when it comes to doing work and does not come after you too much. But that also means not a lot of career growth. 2. They do in-person events if you are close to their offices and they are usually nice, you get to see people and interact. 3. Remote work 4. Commissions and Bonuses which are good.

Cons

1. Low pay compared to other companies around. Big divide between leaders and middle managers/individual contributors. benefits are good. 2. Lots of Nepo hiring and promotions. They value hardwork but also hire too many of their own.
