      None. From the pay, to the management, to the favoritism.

      Cons

      They will change your schedule, favoritism, manipulative boss, family business that has unqualified people as supervisors. Only offers part time and would give my hours away when consumers would cancel.

      Helping change lives of the children

      Cons

      Favoritism, toxic environment, upper management sucks. Supervisors are rude and will give attitude back. Lots of gossip spread around. Family base company and will only like you if you gossips with them or play teacher per.
