      Excellent vacation package, slow pace environment, great place to work for people on cruise control, lots of training, multiple locations, opportunity to travel,

      Cons

      Poor benefit plan, poor pay scale compared to rest of industry, employees treated like a number, HR simply "lied" about layoff history and bonus plan during the hiring process, management "lied" about layoff plans during cut backs, few growth opportunities if any
