-Very poor management at all levels. No vision or goals, poor understanding of customer needs -Poor benefits and facilities, salary does not correspond to your performance -Salary below industry average -Very poor career development and no possibilities to switch office although this is a global company -As a consultant outside Italy you have no access at all to global support or product development people, they rarely respond to your emails even if customer gets hurt -Nepotism
