The pay is a great, flexible schedule wonderful coworkers great supervisors fun environment paid breaks and holidays

the commute is not fun, traffic at the end of the workday is awful

-Best pay in the ABA field for miles around. -Great coworkers. -Management is very flexible with scheduling. I’ve had to give short notice for several doctors appointments and personal crises and they are understanding. We also have several college students who are working there and they work around their schedule well. -It’s not like corporate ABA chains where the client is just a number. There is an actual relationship with each child and their family.

-Getting paid once a month -There is a BCBA there right now who is great with the programs and is amazing with the kids and their parents but is rude to the therapists. I don’t let her bother me though because I have been there longer than her and I do my job well so I know she can’t say anything too bad. Plus I will not let folks walk all over me.
