Organization relies heavily on donations for certain supplies, staff is expected to be creative and resourceful to keep things running. A lot of the clientele can be difficult to work with due to their lack of knowledge and funds. Turnover can be overwhelming due to newbies not realizing what they’re getting into. The veterinarians can be rude/egotistical at times.
