Pros

Literally can’t think of a single thing

Cons

The owner is a horrible man who has absolutely no idea how to run a business, you make minimum wage, they hardly have any clients and if they do they’re all one-timers and senior citizens who don’t tip. Do not work here. Nothing actually gets cleaned properly, and the staff don’t even use cleaning products or disinfectants when cleaning and “sanitizing” work stations, massage beds or bathrooms.

Pros

- exemplary sanitation and cleanliness standards

Cons

-equipment not kept up to high priced expectations -certain locations are better than others -the actual owner believes every employee is just money in his pocket and that they can be easily replaced -lunches/breaks are taken off by head office EVEN if you haven't had a chance to even eat within 8+ hours -staff are belittled and ganged up on by management and senior staff -It's commissioned based so if you actually want to make a decent living, you need to rip off customers by rushing services, charging extras for things that aren't, with spa equipment that doesn't work properly -You are not allowed to have a complaint or you will be made to feel like you're not qualified to even drink water - Nothing in place to motivate or recognize staff - I've heard management (who are only certified in esthetics ) tell journeyman hairdressers how to do Hair and salon stuff. (Not knowing what they're talking about)
