1. Handling of COVID was very poor and there was no flexibility. Forced to use PTO for the privilege of WFH during this time. 2. You'll quickly cap out on your growth due to complexity of projects and mentorship 3. No bonuses 4. Questionable firing of a few employees 5. Low ball offers to employees that don't yet know their worth 6. No paternity leave
