Pros
Excellent process and top communication quality while I was getting hired (it all took lots of time and tasks - I was always informed about every step, tasks were relevant and interesting, quality of the conversations - best in class).
"Australian" culture (great work-life balance, supportive management, lots of opportunities, strong salaries and benefits - e.g. business class flights to Sydney for all positions). Lots of freedom (e.g. you can spend your training budget and days the way you decide). Very smart people around.
Cons
Depends on which Team you're in (teams differ and people can change team here quite freely if they are good). The products we work with are quite big and complex, it might be frustrating it's hardly possible to make big improvements and they take years.
