top brass prioritized parties over keeping staff employed. laid off staff in spring - big expensive staff parties the same year. lower base pay, staff relies on buying into share program if eligible. seem more interested in hiring the young guns out of school to stay "woke" over the guys and gals that have given them loyal service.
