Pros
Company culture (open communication, relaxed dress code, free lunch every Friday), ideas are valued and considered regardless of age/experience, true team environment (everyone works together to get things done), management team invests time and effort into helping employees achieve goals
Cons
Small sales team, requires frequent travel which can be tiring depending on home-life situation, salaries aren't amazing but fair, no consistent salary increases (raises are based on merit, not length of time spent with company)
