      Pros

      Except for the package and work-life balance, nothing much. You have to fight for that as well

      Cons

      1) everything is in the hands of MD, its a company run by family 2) They do not give you the right platform to work on but keep asking for results 3) CTO is just for namesake. Reporting needs to be done for three people CTO, COO, MD no matter what process you are in. No proper chain of command 4) The MD for her age enters in to stuff that she doesn't understand 5) very rigid management - old school. They look at their employees like slaves and doesn't even smile at people. If you have no place else to join, please sit at home but do not join the company

      The company's credibility has been severely affected due to alleged issuance of inaccurate experience letters, including manipulated designations, employment dates, and experience details for certain employees. As a result, several reputed organizations have reportedly lost trust in documents issued by the company. Unfortunately, genuine employees suffer the consequences during background verification and may lose career opportunities despite having no involvement in such practices.

      no pros full disadventages only no latest technologies,not having suffiecient projects in hand and no employees only may overall 10-15 employees only including manager Krishna kishore Note: please dont join

      they wont give KT they wont explaing what we have to work , regarding task also no inputs given and they will expect lot of work which as a newly joined employees we cannot able to complete most of time thay wont asign you task but they will except 150 hrs billable work from a month
