Cons
Very family like company : meaning there is trauma dumping and literally no boundaries.
(Spoiler alert: Every intern quit)
*You will work till night.
*The CEO will taunt and scold and demean you at every point.
*Micro-management is huge in terms of you personality!! If you're introvert beware, don't join. They see your introversion as lack of curiosity.
*CEO say to your face that you can't be successful in your life just because u can't learn game rules in a single day (there was no-one to teach you properly).
*Childish CEO, throws temper tantrums, has no chill or leadership qualities whatsoever. You need therapy bro, first get that and then maybe run the company.
*Company doesn't care about your skills, only about your involvement in their conversations. (Or just act interested, it will work)
*You won't learn anything, they will make you trace screens all day and also make you make their social media post when you are ui-ux designer, not graphic designer orrr a video editor.
*Your salary will be minimal. Work hours illegal.
*If they don't like you for some reason CEO will make your life hell and force you to quit.
*They will make you regret going there, it'll feel like you have to prove yourself everyday (not by skills just to clarify, but by showing fake intrigue, if you can act, great company for you) or you'll be made to feel like you're wasting their money.
*Company just looks good on face but is horrible.
*They don't even have a office, you'll have to work in their basement.
* They are a bunch of wannabees who take out their anger on you coz their company is worth nothing.
If you want peace, please run away as fast as you possibly can.
