- Benefits are not good - Some project timelines are unrealistic due to lack of communication - Management, even unintentional, will share personal information of present and past employees - Terminations ( in my case ) are handled poorly and without warning. Items are packed and no exit interview to discuss issues.

New challenges every day which can keep things fresh, opportunity to connect with like minded colleagues. Work life balance good for tech.
