- many learning opportunities - great place to start your career in media and build admin skills - many perks, like catered lunched once a month and half day fridays
Cons
- bad culture disguised with surface level "perks" - pay is horrible in comparison to the workload that is expected from you - very cliquey, gossiping happens frequently and openly in front of other team members especially after the team member has resigned - low staff retention rate, the turnover rate makes it very difficult to learn and maintain your workload
