Great job if you have no serving experience since it’s different from traditional serving Good work environment fast paced Moving up/ a lot of opportunities Auto graud on reservations/ events Great job to get banquet experience The staff here will help you beyond work
Cons
Not the best clientele which is hard when your working for tips If you can’t walk 15-25k steps a day this won’t be for you, i was doing 30-35k on saturdays Can be pretty stressful You either fit in there or you don’t and you will know Everyone is pretty close with eachother, this could be good or bad. Pretty good management Summers are slow (30$ for 5-12 hour days) But winters are not slow (200-400+$ days) if you are quiet or antisocial this won’t be a fit for you.
