      Very customer-centric organization.Excellent company leadership and direction. Owner is a mentor to many. Excellent Espirit d'cours among employees

      Benefits are fair to midland. Not much life insurance. Takes a full year to participate in 401K.

      Pitiful bosses Lack of training Unfair treatment No help when you start. They throw you out there and tell you to go for it.
