      Pros

      Willing to hire from within. Friendly people Convenient hours

      Cons

      Non-competitive wages. Absurdly expensive health insurance. Very few vacation days. No sick days and only allow one doctor's note per 6 month period.

      Very customer-centric organization.Excellent company leadership and direction. Owner is a mentor to many. Excellent Espirit d'cours among employees

      Benefits are fair to midland. Not much life insurance. Takes a full year to participate in 401K.
