Unliveable wages with almost no opportunity for promotion or pay rises. Bonuses based on the performance of a group of centres rather than the individual. Actual job includes countless tasks not outlined in job description and above pay grade such as heavy lifting and furniture moving. Management and sales team will treat customer facing staff awfully and shift all blame for the company failing onto them. No HR. Management have essentially zero respect for their staff- someone on my team raised a sexual assault case against one of the sales team members for events that took place on work premises during work and nothing was done about it. Sales team member was allowed to continue working in their role with the person they had assaulted and faced no repercussions. Huge workload shared between 2-3 people. Up to 100 complex tasks a day expected to be completed.
