Cannabis industry. No advancement,no growth. This place isn't being properly ran at all. Management looks the other way when it gets rough and often times it's because of the way they lined up the workload. They start runs without having the proper materials and workers to complete the tasks. It's a complete fiasco some days and it's usually up to the workers on the line to figure away to stay a float. I worked in a separate department from manufacturing and was constantly being pulled into manufacturing to help,taking time away from my actual tasks and duties.
