      Pros

      Working on the cutting edge research problems, in the really passionate team of extremely smart people. Every day working withe the bleeding edge of the Machine Learning research. Working in the end to end manner from the data acquisition to the entire deployment of the models to the production systems. Implementing and improving the newest papers using and contributing the newest available libraries such as tensorflow or keras. Within the company we're still more like friend than just colleagues.

      Cons

      Top level management and company's priorities sometimes seems to be a bit confusing and chaotic.

      -Best in class AI/data science analytics company -Strong, experienced leadership - Encourage creativity - Strong work ethics - rewards industry and honesty - fast paced, self managed environment - great office, great culture, great fun

      Cons

      - startup culture that always is moving fast - intense, smart, hard working senior scientists - expectations are high - moods can be a bit volatile based on importance of current project stack

      Super interesting software, fast growing, very smart AND cooperative team, agile, and creative

      Fast growth just means that it's intense at times, need to be able to manage priorities and at times "manage up" to get the info you need
