Nepotism flourishes in the company, people without the required soft skills and previous experience are put in high, people-managing positions. The company did huge layoffs without any prior communication, it was unexpected for the employees because there were no preconditions. The stated reasons provided by the management were clearly fake, no one really knew what happened and this lack of transparency speaks a lot about the company.
