Full on restrictions(micro management), no mobile phone access on name of law (which is not at all about mobile but about data security), Break timings issue (you may get warning letter), (HR inability) no firm leave policies, salary slip can be delayed for 3 months, not issuing increment letter, poor attendance system which shows u absent though employee has worked for 14 hours (no flexi timings) As in one of the review it is mention hire ratio is less is just because hr team is busy in online shopping and chit chatting.
