Pros
Considering the size of the company, you have great chances to communicate and support many of the global blue-chip companies and their international business travelers. You get to have a sense that you are doing a greater good and purpose by selling the company's services.
Cons
Although it is changing, it is still a "Japanese" company. Seniority is still there and overtime is still expected in order to finish the job on time. (At least, overtime is paid fully unlike some mid-size Japanese corporation.) As a sales, you are expected to do multiple tasks and some are not related directly to sales activity such as administrative paperwork.
