Pros
Decent hours (sometimes), opportunities to NASA, Skills growth, you can really handle anything after working here. It's definitely a character-building place.
Cons
Long hours, high turnover, no punitive system unless you are deemed a "troublemaker" otherwise coworkers could call in sick 8 times in a row, and no one bats an eye. Management is disorganized. The new logo was something they spent millions on, but refuse to pay guest operations more than 12.50/hr
