Pros

Space 48 is the best company I have worked for. They have a culture of excellence, combined with a genuine concern for employees which is really rare in this industry. This leads to a good team spirit and relatively low turnover which makes life easier for everybody. There is a strong growth and improvement mindset lead by the company owners who have a hands-on style of leadership and are visible in the office on a daily basis. There are plentiful opportunities to develop and a fun working atmosphere created by a very nice bunch of people.

Cons

The lack of rigidity and hierarchy (a pro in lots of ways) means you have to carve out your role more actively. Can take a while to work this out.
