There isn't any sort of tracking or accountability for your tips. You just have to trust that you are getting them.

Very unprofessional environment. Front desk staff not only addresses clients as "hon" or "sweetie" but workers as well. You are expected to do an hour massage in 45 minutes or less. FIVE minute room turnaround that is not disclosed in the interview. You can hear everything going on in the building. One day, I heard an employee vomitting across the hall from my service room, as the only employee bathroom is located in the center of the spa. It's very hard to take pride in your work somewhere like this...I would imagine even Massage Envy would be better.
