      1. Two things you will never get here first is money and second is respect 2. Extremely manipulative boss in IT 3. Your salary and fnf may be put on hold 4. if you are in IT be ready for no promotions and less and late increments

      If your CTC is less than low - you get paid 15 days late, mid level- 20 days late , mid level - senior - THEN 45 days late, and if you are senior - then God save you as he can only predict when and if you will ever be paid. People not paid salaries for more than 2 months. Owner has a step Son - who thinks he can use people's salaries to invest in start ups. Promoter's daughter who is senior in general insurance - has got 380 out of 800 in GMAT! Finally Promoter needs to see a psychotherapist as he is insecure egotist living in his past!
