      Pros

      One of the vital boost you get is from the seniors. Sandeep Sir (MD) is easily reachable and also motivates. You feel responsible for your job and role unlike any MNC where you have to do just what is assigned to you, you can have a freedom to add value to your work and is highly appreciated by all.

      If your CTC is less than low - you get paid 15 days late, mid level- 20 days late , mid level - senior - THEN 45 days late, and if you are senior - then God save you as he can only predict when and if you will ever be paid. People not paid salaries for more than 2 months. Owner has a step Son - who thinks he can use people's salaries to invest in start ups. Promoter's daughter who is senior in general insurance - has got 380 out of 800 in GMAT! Finally Promoter needs to see a psychotherapist as he is insecure egotist living in his past!
