From the moment I arrived, I was able to share a vision of growth for the department and given the freedom to jump right in and get to work. It's creative, it's challenging and it's purposeful. But what I love is being part of a developing culture, that runs alongside leadership growth opportunities. The company manages its business using EOS and the structure and approach are great for business and personal growth. Sowell focuses on their culture and hires based on high character and values. It's a wonderful place to be.

As a growing company, there are a few bumps and hurdles to overcome, but because they work from a cultural framework of openness, honesty, transparency and trust, we discuss the issues and work through them. No job is perfect, but this company comes pretty darn close.
