Pros
The only pros are the non-management co-workers.
Cons
The owner refuses to recognize that the marketplace and technologies have changed. She thinks that everything will work the same as it did 15 years ago. She nickel and dimes the employees on commissions and PTO yet shows up in new vehicles and vacations to Costa Rica when her business is failing. She does not value a work/home balance for her employees. She and her two lackeys have instituted an environment where everyone walks on eggshells and wonders when they'll get in trouble for some metric that was not hit. She also refuses to recognize the 400% turnover that Sovran has had over the last few years and the fact that the customers have a problem with it. Potential employees and customer should stay far away from Sovran.
