It's heartening to hear that you recognize the holistic nature of our product. Indeed, our commitment to providing a comprehensive solution, becoming THE trusted partner for businesses on their journey to “always on compliance” and delivering a holistic integrated platform vs. just a collection of best-in-class point solutions is at the forefront of our transformational change. We are currently navigating through a period of significant evolution, aiming to enhance the alignment of our solution and improve implementation outcomes.
We recognize that whole-scale change is hard, and its represents a challenge in maintaining and improving a company's dynamics. We understand the importance of a thriving, cohesive and inclusive company culture, as you know having spent time here. Embracing transformational change is tough, no two ways about it. It requires refining and sometimes redefining processes, adapting new strategies and fostering a shift in culture. However, we know the rewards are substantial, as successful transformation at Sovos not only positions the company for long-term sustainability but also cultivates innovation, agility and a heightened competitive edge. It’s a journey that demands resilience and commitment, but the outcomes are incredible. And it is overwhelming positive for our hundreds of partners, thousands of employees, and hundreds of thousands of customers, all of who are HUMANS. And as you know having spent time here, we are a very, very human-centric organization. We care deeply for the people and that is always the first and foremost consideration.
Your comments on organic bottom-line growth resonates with our commitment to delivering a strong product solution set through a talented and dedicated team. Integration of acquired companies again is always challenging, but when you are committed to doing the right things for the people involved, and are driven by the exciting innovation and transformation journey we are one, the changes are overwhelmingly positive – we are optimistic about the positive changes we’re already seeing.
The results are already showing. For instance, your comment about deals closing. We have enjoyed the best bookings quarter the company has had in years as a result of the positive changes we’ve made already, and that is just going to continue. It’s fantastic to see when the tough changes being made translate into positive business outcomes, another area where what’s great for the company and what’s great for the employees are 100% aligned.
Finally, I do want to be clear that nepotism has no place in our culture and there are no superheroes here. We have put together a world class TEAM, who puts TEAM first, not individualism. Not a single hiring decision gets made based on who-knows-who. Nor will it, ever. Change is always difficult to get through. Avoiding these necessary changes would be a disservice to our customers and our employees. Our success is dependent on the contributions of each and every employee at Sovos; we will reach our destination together, as One Sovos.
