Pros

Well established company culture, you work with world class professionals in many fields, company offers many ways to grow and upskill your knowledge.

Cons

Not all processes are well established as company is constantly changing and adapting to market. Due to vast product offering and global coverage it is hard to keep up with changes and have unified stand of who we are and what we do.

Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.

Quota-setting and new hire ramp structures are areas we invest in seriously - they're because we want our sellers to win, not to set anyone up to fail.
