- generational gap between managment and employees, not alot of younger faces moving up to director+ - struggling to change processes from small company to growing company - change can be behind the market needs, very reactive instead of proactive

That’s why we consistently see a 30% career growth rate each year across all roles. At the same time we also want to ensure we have the right person, with the right mindset, regardless of tenure. I appreciate the callout on some of the struggles a fast-growing organization can encounter when going through a period of rapid growth. As a Program Manager you see this first hand. Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.

Quota-setting and new hire ramp structures are areas we invest in seriously - they're because we want our sellers to win, not to set anyone up to fail.
