Open floor layout, cafeteria in building allow for a lot of interaction with peers, coworkers, management.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate your call out to the positive experiences you had with your coworkers, peers, and management. Although, I will share I’m surprised at your feedback regarding the atmosphere and low pay. Sales salaries, as you may know, have an uncapped commission plan. This means if you have the drive and determination the sky is the limit in terms of compensation and reward. We had 38 sales reps make it to our President’s Club this year due to their hard work. I have heard our atmosphere described in many ways. Fast-paced, challenging, collaborative – those are some that stick out. Boring is not one I’ve heard. As an industry leader in tax automation software, we are in a constant environment of change. If we ever want to Solve Tax for Good we must rise to the ever-evolving regulatory challenges that businesses and governments are facing globally. Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.
