Thank you for providing your feedback. Our talented team of employees creates that welcoming and friendly atmosphere that you have described and we provide many opportunities for learning and growth. If you haven’t noticed, the people are the best part of Sovos! Please let me help with the HR Management structure. With 14 offices in 11 countries (and counting!) sometimes it’s not feasible for us to have a dedicated HR Representatives within each office. To help assist in the Amsterdam office we have a local Office Coordinator that reports directly to the HR team. This role can help direct you to the appropriate team members to answer some of the questions you may have. Also, just so that you are aware, you do have a global HR team at your disposal who are more than happy to answer any questions or direct you through Teams, email or phone. If you don’t know who to contact, our company intranet has a dedicated Human Resources page or simply reach out to a local leader who can also further assist. We are so glad that you are a part of our team, and we look forward to watching you grow here at Sovos.

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.

Quota-setting and new hire ramp structures are areas we invest in seriously - they're because we want our sellers to win, not to set anyone up to fail.
