Thank you for taking the time to share your view. There are many core principals that I genuinely believe make Sovos an exceptional place to work. The bedrock of our organization is a workplace filled with talented, inspired, and engaged employees. Our employees are our priority. We can demonstrate this via our continued investment into the evolution of our training and development programs, our employee-inspired and led global wellness program, and continued career growth.
Nonetheless, we missed you and lost your engagement along the way. It sounds like you did not feel supported. That perception is not the norm. In fact, in our most recent employee engagement survey, our positive feedback related to managers developing and caring about their employees saw noticeable increases on top of already robust results. I am sorry that we weren’t able to address your concerns while you were still at the company. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
