Pros
Management will appear friendly at first but watch your back - they are not your friend and will set you up for failure
Cons
Everything - when they say "on call" they mean you are expected to know how to be a handyman who knows how to deal with anything and everything that could happen within the walls of a "rental". They won't train you on how to be a handyman, it's expected - albeit without telling you it's expected. There have been at least 4 people in this position since I quite not even a year ago. It's not worth the $18/hour. And when they tell you there are bonuses - don't believe them. They pay their property rental agent really well with bonuses but the entire time I was there I made $0. The owners act like "entitled" wealthy people and will thumb their nose at you, the other upper management are equally rude but on a different level. This is not a healthy environment to work in.
