Pros

Close to the tube station and transports Lot of place for Lunch

Cons

If someone calls you to work for them RUN AWAY ! I don't really know where to start... The company is very poorly structured. There is no intention in staff progressions. They are not looking to improve their process or the skills of their staff. They only want to BLAME BLAME and BLAME you again so they can show you who is "paying your salary" There is NO consideration for the staff and they are not open to discuss any improvement or negotiation. 40H work & 30min break but if you leave on time people would give you "the look" / no pension scheme ... the list could continue ... Communication is nonexistent. I can't remember how many people I have seen been fired in less than a year... The atmosphere is really heavy because of the way the management is running the company, all based on denunciation and accusation.

Pros

-The salary is the only perk, they pay well for the roles. -The ground staff are friendly and nice but good luck getting to know them as your not allowed to talk.

Cons

- The company has no money, making it impossible to do your job. - The owners speak to people like dirt. - General talking (work or personal) is completely off limits and you'll be told off. - There is no training available but you're expected to know everything. -There is no room for progression. -You'll be completely miss sold the job during your interview so they can get you on board.
