Pros

Very Casual Atmosphere with okay people

Cons

Leadership is lacking, no one gives direction until someome above them yells at them to. Definately not a team, more like a divided company who likes to point fingers at each other. No accountability and task are mundane. Havent learned anything since i started. If you suck up to management well enough you'll last a few months. Respect from managers and owners towards employees is very questionable at times. But if you say something they'll probably find a random excuse to fire you since field workers are expendable. So many new guys start during the busy times then are let go as soon as everything stops so not much long term outlook here. Company is not big enough to maintain a stable field force. They preach about supporting employees but what they mean is only the ones they like. In order to move up from your current position you have to be reccommended which seems completely flawed.

Pros

The people that work here that are not management. The marketing consultants who told me upon hire that they would teach me everything I needed to know.

Cons

I was very excited to worked here and expressed nothing but delight upon hire. I worked there for two weeks until I walked in, was asked to chat, and told that "my level of marketing wasn't what they thought it was". I did everything I was told to do, and nothing I was asked to do yet even involved in-depth marketing. My last job was more challenging a week in than this was. I asked for examples or a reason, and they gave none. So they can tell me my skill level wasn't what they thought, yet provide no examples. You can't judge someone's level of skill two weeks in. And instead of sitting down with me and speaking to me about it, they impulsively let me go. It's too bad because I would have fought every day to prove myself there.
