Pros
Produces amazing, life-saving, products where you know the item you are working on could potentially save a life.
Most of the employees are nice and helpful.
Stable company it isn't going to be going away any time soon; it is a high-demand product which means they wont die out like retail does.
Cons
It is an extremely high-stress environment for low pay. An insane amount of information to remember and expectations to get it right in a short amount of time. This can vary from department to department. But the one I'm in is a constant go go go. Never stop, never breath. Doing so means you're behind.
Extremely taxing on mental health.
Far less dangerous and stressful jobs for far more pay.
