Pros
While working there, they put up a good smoke screen to make it look like they know what they are doing and they try to put a positive spin on what they are doing.... I loved working there while I did, I believed in the business and the products you make. Bad business decisions and choices on the leadership side opened my eyes to the truth!
Cons
In reality, they have no idea.... they really need to create a long term business plan and stick to it! They create them, and then in 6 months or less, they are throwing it out the window and completely changing direction again, based on how they think the wind is going to possibly blow. Safety is a second thought, not the first thought like it should be.
