Pros
They pay well. That's where it ends.
Cons
Lack of financial responsibility. They owe their vendors tons of money; they pay employees late all the time. Then the workers are left to stress about when they will be paid. They have never had a consistent accountant on staff, and when they did, they wouldn't listen to them about how to utilize their money effectively. Culture of "we are a team" where in reality, they have zero communication between employees which in turn affects the customers and leaves the team feeling out of the loop. The teams feel angry because they can't do their jobs, either because the company doesn't have money for materials, they aren't given the information and tools needed, or they are the target of the week for senior management's next firing( just because of company rumors) Blaming employees for the ridiculous shortcomings of senior leadership goes directly against the company's values. The leaders are the problem, not the employees. Everything comes down to the lack of money and how they spend it on ridiculous grasps at saving a failing business. They won't admit defeat, and the owners will face the reality of lawsuits and potentially jailtime because of this.
