Can be a great company to work for if you're well liked. Not too many pros besides that. Although they used to throw an extravagant Christmas party which was extremely well deserved by the employees, I believe that has ended.

Don't expect just hard work and results to keep your job secure at this company. A lot of favoritism is at play in upper management, I mean a lot. Tough work / life balance especially if you're salaried. Their slogan is God, Honor and Country but you won't see very many honorable people in the management department. That's not to say that there isn't but definitely far and few between. Most of the management team has trust issues with the employees.
