Management is flexible with working from home and time off requests. They really care about the team and try to make everyone feel heard. I was not bored. I had a wide range of design projects and learned a lot.

Sometimes the workload gets to be a lot, but we all helped each other out when that happens.

Decent learning experience. Gives you tools for success in the role.

Overworked & underpaid, recent college graduates will get taken advantage of in terms of workload & pay. They will expect you to go to extra events and meetings outside of working hours. Upper management pretty much does not care about you but lower management will micromanage you. I would not recommend this job to someone just starting out and someone that is looking for a company to stay at long term.
