      Supportive company that strives to do the right thing. Management cares about the success of each employee and embraces the idea of everyone "playing on the same team" which makes for a positive work environment.

      There are not any "cons" that I have.

      Pros

      Great work environment with amazing people who help you. Very flexible with time off. Management is great and will stick up for you when needed. Family oriented co-workers and are the best to help you in anyway. They operate in team environment and are the best around.

      Cons

      Work out of many systems with different claims. Raises are tough to get. Training is on the job and minimal. Policies need to be updated. Small company environment.
