Lazy work environment. Results aren't pushed so it's basically a do it when you feel like it type of atmosphere.

Cutthroat competition for advancement. Too many people in the office hiring family which are completely unqualified and passing over good employees for personal favors. Can't keep quality people. Office managers and company CEO are straight liars and will have you take short cuts to "fix" a problem and then throw you u see the bus when it's discovered. Pay is low, and insurance is way too high and mandatory.
