Worst place ever - Anonymous employee Southern Technical College Employee Review

Two faced management, self absorbed " leaders "The management is so horrible they ran all the good people away and bring in new people thinking they will do a better job and then they leave too. It's a toxic environment. Feels like your surrounded by demons. They all smile in your face but talk about u behind your back. Worst place I've ever worked. Not to mention it's mostly women there so the caddiness and estrogen is at an all time high.
